"Everything came exactly as ordered"
I ordered a couple of Blu-rays from DiabolikDVD, everything showed up just how I picked it. No wrong version, no missing item, none of that stuff I tend to worry about when ordering movies online. The titles matched the listings, the slipcover info was right, and it was all packed well. No mix-ups, no hassle. Simple experience, but that’s exactly what I wanted. Got what I ordered, so yeah, 5 stars from me.

"Arrived damaged"
So... the movie showed up with a cracked case and the slipcover was bent, which was disappointing. The disc itself looked fine, but for the price I really expected it to be packed a lot better.

"Damaged Disc, But They Fixed It"
The disc showed up damaged, which was obviously super fun and not annoying at all. But to be fair, they replaced it quickly, so it all worked out in the end

"Return went okay, but the refund was slow"
I had to return a DVD, and the process wasn’t too bad — well, not difficult, just a little slower than I expected. Customer support did get back to me, but it took a bit longer than I would’ve liked. In the end everything worked out and I got my refund, but the whole thing could definitely be a bit smoother.

"Preorders Have Been Reliable"
I’ve preordered from them a few times now, and I’ve never had anything show up late or get missed. that’s really all I’m looking for with a preorder, if I reserve something ahead of time, I just want it handled properly and delivered when it’s supposed to be. So far, they’ve been dependable.

DiabolikDVD has a really solid selection of rare and boutique titles that I don’t usually come across on other sites. The prices felt fair overall, and shipping was fine. The website does feel a little dated, but I was still able to find what I was looking for without much trouble. I’d definitely check them again next time I’m hunting for something more obscure.

"Good experience overall"
I ordered this from overseas and it showed up in good shape. It was packed well too, so no complaints there. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, but the tracking worked and I always knew where it was. Im happy with it overall and Id order again.

"Delivery was sorta frustrating"
The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I wasn’t really sure where my package was. It ended up arriving late, and when I reached out to support, they sorta weren’t much help. Overall, not the best experience.

This place is packed with deep cult stuff, it feels like stepping into some mysterious underground archive. I kept finding things that pulled me further in, which was fun, but the browsing can get messy at times. It’s interesting and intense, just not always easy to navigate

I was just browsing around after dinner one night, not really planning to buy anything, and ended up finding some limited editions I hadn’t seen elsewhere. That was a nice surprise. Shipping was okay too, not super fast, but nothing to complain about. Overall, decent experience.

I ordered a couple of movies that were listed as in stock, but later got an email saying one of them actually wasn’t available. To be fair, they did refund me without any hassle, which I appreciated. Still, it was frustrating because if I’d known sooner, I could’ve just bought it somewhere else. Not a terrible experience by any means, but the site really needs to keep its inventory more accurate.

I’ve had a really good experience browsing diabolikdvd, especially since I’m into boutique Blu-rays, horror releases, and imports. It feels like the kind of site that’s curated by people who actually care about this stuff, not just a huge retailer throwing everything online. I’ve found a few titles there that I couldn’t track down on the bigger sites, which was a nice surprise. My only small complaint is that some releases sell out quickly, so you kind of have to check back often or jump on something when you see it. Still, it’s a solid place to browse if you’re looking for more niche movies.

My order actually showed up faster than I expected, just a few days after I placed it, and the packaging was totally fine. The only annoying part was the tracking updates. They weren’t very clear, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on half the time. Still, the shipping itself was quick, so overall it worked out

I like ordering from DiabolikDVD because the payment part is actually simple, which is a relief. I really don’t want to spend extra effort fighting with a checkout page or having to re-enter the same info over and over. They had the payment options I needed, my card went through fast, and I got the confirmation right away. Nice when a site just lets you pay and move on. 5 stars from me.
